iDive Advertiser Schedule of Fees

This Advertiser Schedule of Fees outlines the applicable fees for using the iDive platform under a Advertiser Agreement.
1. Weekly Campaign Fees
Weekly Campaign Fees are a fixed amount charged in advance prior to the start date of each advertising campaign. This fee covers the placement of your advertisement for a seven-day period, as defined in your Advertiser Agreement.
2. Cost Per Click (CPC)
The CPC is charged for each valid customer click on your advertisement. A click is counted when a user actively selects your advertisement and is directed to your product, profile, or external website.
Important Notes:
- Clicks generated by automated systems, bots, or fraudulent activity are excluded from billing where detected.
- The CPC amount is charged in arrears at the end of each campaign period (or weekly for ongoing campaigns).
- Charges are rounded to the nearest cent (AUD).
3. Weekly Campaign Fees and Cost Per Click Summary

4. Fee Calculation Example
For example, if your campaign runs for 2 weeks with a weekly fee of $200.00 and you receive 320 valid clicks at $2.00 per click:
- Weekly Campaign Fees = $200 × 2 weeks = $400.00
- CPC Fees = $2.00 × 320 clicks = $640.00
- Total = $1,040.00 (incl. GST)
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All fees are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law or as otherwise stated in Clause 4.3 of the Advertiser Agreement.
6. Changes to Fees
iDive reserves the right to update this Schedule at any time. You will be notified at least fourteen (14) days prior to any changes via email and/or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes your agreement to the updated fees.
7. Tax Treatment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Advertisers are responsible for any other applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
This Schedule forms part of the Advertisers Agreement. By continuing to use the iDive platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
