1. Subscribe and Set Up Your Virtual Dive Centre
- Choose a subscription plan to create your Virtual Dive Centre.
- Add your products, services, schedules, images, and other information to your Listings.
- For Rezdy customers, your products and events can sync automatically.
- Our concierge onboarding team will help you get set up quickly.

2. Customers Discover Your Business
- Customers use iDive.site to search and filter Listings to find the products and services that best match what they're looking for.

3. Customers Book

Instant Book Listings
- Customers complete their booking directly on iDive.site.
- You receive an email notification when a booking is made.
- For integrated Suppliers, bookings are also synced with your booking management system.

- Customers are referred to your website or booking page to complete their booking directly with you.

4. Payments & Commissions
- For Instant Book Listings, choose whether customers can Pay Now or Book Now, Pay Later.
- Customer payments made through iDive.site are processed via Stripe Connect or RezdyPay and paid directly to your connected account, less any applicable Platform Commission.
- Where a customer pays the Supplier directly for a booking made through iDive.site, the applicable Platform Commission is charged at the end of the relevant billing month.
