iDive Prohibited Content Policy

1. Introduction
iDive is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and lawful online environment. This Prohibited Content Policy outlines the types of content that are strictly prohibited from being submitted or uploaded by Suppliers on the iDive platform. All Suppliers must adhere to this policy to ensure compliance with applicable laws and community standards.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with the iDive Supplier Agreement or Advertiser Agreement and Advertising Standard, and the Terms Of Use.
2. Prohibited Content
Suppliers must not submit or upload any content that is:
- False, illegal, misleading, irrelevant, defamatory, obscene, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing or inciting harassment, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
- Overtly offensive to the online community, including content promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual.
- Intended to facilitate, encourage, or instruct others in illegal activity, criminal conduct, civil liability, or the violation of rights in any jurisdiction.
- Providing instructions on illegal activities, such as manufacturing or acquiring illegal weapons, violating privacy, or creating computer viruses.
- Infringing upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right, including but not limited to distributing pirated software or music, or circumventing copy protection.
- Constituting mass communications such as spam, junk mail, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting the Supplier’s relationship with any party, including iDive.
- Disclosing private information of any third party, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, identification numbers, or credit card details.
- Containing password-protected or hidden pages or images not linked to accessible pages.
- Including or facilitating the transmission of viruses, corrupted data, or files intended to damage or disrupt.
3. Consequences of Violation
Any violation of this policy may result in the removal of content, suspension or termination of the Supplier’s account, and/or legal action, at the sole discretion of iDive.
4. Acceptance
By using the iDive platform, Suppliers acknowledge and agree to comply with this Prohibited Content Policy.
